Many new business owners quickly realize that building and maintaining a website requires a lot of time and expertise. According to a survey by clutch.co, 29% of small businesses cited finding a good website designer as a primary challenge. Furthermore, 26% of respondents said they struggled to find a designer that matched their desired aesthetic.
Qualitatively, many business owners have shared their frustrations online regarding unreliable web designers who don't deliver on time or provide subpar work. Some express feeling taken advantage of or being charged excessively for basic services.

High-fidelity prototype
In this high-fidelity model, the home screen serves as the central source of information. Each link connects to a page leading to the initial start of service, It's color friendly and intuitive, creating a warm feel when making decisions based on professional relationships. We'll keep the user in mind as we move forward with this design structure.

Firstly, the sheer number of options can be overwhelming, from freelancers to larger agencies, each with varying rates and skill levels. Secondly, it can be difficult to gauge a web designer's competence without prior knowledge of website design. Lastly, some business owners may not have a clear idea of what they want their website to look like or what features they need.
Understanding the problem
When new business owners are unable to find a reliable web designer, they risk losing out on potential customers and revenue.

Design functional websites that can improve customer experience and increase sales while boosting the business's image.

Usability Study: findings
This minimalistic approach keeps it simple for the user to find quick information. Users have found it challenging to find the services needed, because of too many options on one page. Some have compared it to an infomercial. Our plan is to make this initial process less challenging, fun and inviting by displaying our featured projects first with options to navigate to other pages of interest.

Conclusion
We learned plenty from the usability studies.
Provide Estimates
Potential clients would appreciate a quick estimate without initially speaking to a sales-person.
Image links
This will help with those who have trouble reading on their device. Also, as an option for those who prefer images.
Scheduler
A schedule of meetings should be added to keep track of client projects easier to follow. It makes the client feel appreciated when the agency communicates effectively.
e-Commerce
Providing/partnering e-commerce services through Shopify gives the client an opportunity to work with premium security and customer service.
